As
usual with Eastman Kodak in US or Kodak Ltd in United Kingdom, the
commercial designation of box brownies often change even if their
technical characteristics remain identical. The Brownie Six-20 Camera
just extend the career of the
Six-20 Brownie from which it keeps the same characteristics.
Four models of this camera exist :
| The model C
produced from 1953 to 1957. This model is initially manufactured
without pin flash contacts. Later, it will be equipped with two pin
flash contacts and its shutter will be synchronized.

| The models D and E, have been produced respectively
from 1953 to 1954 and from 1953 to 1957. Both models have pin flash
contacts from the beginning.

| The model F arrives in 1955. It is a deluxe version of the
model E but technically identical. The body of the camera is painted
in brown and covered with a light brown leather. All the metalwork is
gilt and the film advance button and the shutter release are in ivory
plastic.

All these models are equipped with a meniscus f/11 portait lens and
use 620 rollfilm, giving 2 1/4 x 3 1/4" negative pictures. |
