This camera has
the same characteristics than the Box-Tengor 54/2 dated of 1938.
Nevertheless, its design and several improvements make it very different
than its predecessor. Its front face is no more triangular but is
decorated with a round design plate made in aluminium.
A serrated round winding knob ensure the film advance and the
reloading of the shutter. This clever system avoids double exposures.
A red indicator, located on the top of the camera (close from the
shutter release) indicates when the camera is ready.
This indicator becomes white as soon as the photography is done.
This camera is equiped with a lens Goerz Frontar 1:11. The focusing
can be adjusted by selecting one of the three available ranges of
distance : 1-2m, 2-8m, 8m - ∞.
